Code of Conduct
Last updated: June 2026
This Code of Conduct sets the standards everyone using TechScore is expected to uphold — companies completing assessments and partners running cohorts alike. It keeps the platform fair, honest, and safe for everyone.
1. Scope
This code applies to anyone who accesses TechScore: applicants, company team members, and partner staff. By using the platform you agree to act in line with these standards.
2. Act with integrity
Be honest in everything you submit. Represent your company accurately, answer assessment questions truthfully, and don't misrepresent results, evidence, or credentials. The value of your report depends on the accuracy of your inputs.
3. Respect people
Treat reviewers, partners, and other participants with professionalism and respect. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, and intimidation have no place on the platform.
4. Protect confidential information
Handle any non-public information you encounter — your own, a partner's, or another company's — with care. Don't share credentials or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
5. Use the platform fairly
Don't attempt to game scoring, submit fraudulent evidence, disrupt the service, probe its security without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Reporting and enforcement
If you see conduct that breaches this code, contact us. Violations may lead to removal of content, suspension, or termination of access, at Cuemby's discretion.
